Exchange and return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period* of 30 calendar days , counting from the date of delivery of the order, to make an exchange or return. The product must be in perfect condition, in its original and completely new packaging (original factory product). We do not accept returns on products that have been used, unsealed/unlabeled and/or stamped.

The refund is made on the amount of the product, shipping costs are not refunded. Likewise, returns that involve the payment of customs fees, these will be borne entirely by the customer.

Once the package is recieved and inspected we will deposit the return to the same card with which you made the purchase or to the corresponding PayPal or Amazon account. If you have made the purchase cash on delivery or by bank transfer, add a piece of paper inside the package indicating your account number so that we can make the refund.

Do not use the product packaging directly. Pre-wrap the product with a bag or paper or, failing that, a box or shipping bag. Do not stick labels or tape on the original packaging of the product. If you return a fragile product, wrap and protect the product as much as possible so that it does not suffer damage.

• Exchanges in Poland have a cost of 5€
• Returns from Spain by delivery point have a cost of 7€
• Returns from Spain with home collection cost 8.5€.
• Returns from the rest of the EU by delivery point have a cost of 15€
• Returns from the rest of the EU via home collection cost 20€

In the case of an international shipment , if you want to refuse the package for any reason, the total shipping cost (collection from the transport company plus return shipping costs of the package), plus the cost of customs, will be deducted from the refund.

Inside the package you send us you must put a piece of paper indicating the reference of your order and indicating what you request.

Wrong product

If the product you have received is not the one you purchased, send us an email to

putting the reference of your order in the subject, including the following photos:

Warranty

The warranty period is subject to the policy of each brand.
The management and processing times for returning a product covered by Warranty depends on the brand.
The warranty does not include damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear caused by normal use of the same.

If they are shoes:
